More than 5,000 runners joined National Geographic's Earth Day Run. I couldn't believe a lot of people woke up early for this run!!! It was well-organized. (My sister even commented that this run was better than the Mizuno Run held last April 11.) The host was able to pump up the energy of the runners. The organizers alloted a few minutes of warm-up before the race. Three water stations were available even for 3K runners. The instructions along the way were clear so you wouldn't get lost! There were also a few freebies which we got after the race.
Overall, the run was super fun! I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to my next race, Nature Valley Run, which will be held at the end of May.
