I got a nice surprise a few days ago. I received 2 free copies of a new magazine, Multisport. I never thought I'd appreciate running or triathlon...but now here I am, reading these kinds of magazines! :)
Hi sis! how you've been?! anyways, I'm planning on joining a run/walk for a cause and I'd like to know more tips about the preparation. there's a 3k and a 5k.

I have been running now for about a year and a half and now, I am getting into biking as a form of x-training. Enjoy the magazines.
